5-Minute Chocolate Mug Cake That Isn't Rubbery

Ingredients

• Plain flour4 tbsp
• Cocoa powder2 tbsp
• Sugar3 tbsp
• Milk3 tbsp
• Neutral oil2 tbsp

Method

   Whisk everything in the mug with a fork until no dry pockets remain.

   Drop a square of chocolate into the middle for a molten heart.

   Microwave 70-90 seconds. STOP while the top still looks a touch wet — carry-over cooks it.
